Job summary

Supermicro is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Manager based in 's-Hertogenbosch to lead business development for our AI portfolios. You will work closely with the sales team to promote Supermicro’s comprehensive solutions, leveraging your 10+ years of experience in product management or business development.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and is fluent in English, ready to engage strategically within the dynamic AI market and drive adoption. This role offers a chance to influence significant growth in our server technology.

Qualifications

10 years product management or business development experience in IT server industries.
Fluent in English – listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Ability to work in BV office is much preferred.

Responsibilities

Define go-to-market strategies and align local market needs with HQ product roadmaps.
Conduct research on AI trends and competitive positioning to drive strategy.
Partner with sales, BD and channels to drive PCIe GPU server adoption.
Identify new business opportunities through targeted travel and relationship building.
Initiate promotional campaigns to boost lead generation and product awareness.
