Job summary

Supermicro Computer is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to develop enterprise accounts in the Netherlands, selling technical solutions and building strategic relationships. You will focus on winning end-customers and expanding AI, server and storage opportunities in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, diverse environment. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5-year relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English both oral and written is required, Dutch is a plus.
• Good administrative and communication skills.
• Team player, and good interpersonal skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and diverse culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, win, and manage Enterprise End-customer in the Netherlands.
• Identify, develop, and manage new AI, Server and Storage opportunities.
• Maintain current customer relationships and develop new relationships with potential clients.
• Continuously develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
• Research trends and create new opportunities to increase sales.
• Produce report as necessary.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams.
