Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Manager Data Center Solution Architect to lead designing scalable data center solutions and partner with sales teams to drive opportunities globally. You will coordinate with internal teams, deliver POCs, and ensure customer requirements are met through close collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand data center requirements and develop comprehensive data center solutions.
• Sales Collaboration: Work with sales teams to develop relationships and close deals successfully.
• Customer Support: Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales assistance to customers and promote the Supermicro portfolio.
• Develop Bids: Prepare systems solutions, technical bid responses, and presentations; negotiate contracts and SLAs with vendors.
• Solution Development: Deliver POC to end-users and manage POCs end to end, visiting on-site facilities as needed.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with other departments to align business strategies for enterprise clients.
• Thought Leadership: Stay current with AI/ML, GPU/CPU architectures and data center technologies.
