Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a (Sr.) Solution Product Manager who can help sales to grow business in different vertical markets in EMEA, set up ecosystems with suppliers, and engage with customers to deliver end-user solutions. You will define product strategy for Supermicro's core product family and craft aggressive go-to-market plans.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in product management, strong technical and communication skills, and a proven ability to develop business by directly engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor in EE/CS or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years in product management or promotion.
• Proven ability to engage customers directly.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, HPC, AI, SAP, and networks.
• Deep understanding of server/storage/datacenter products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and develop tactics to grow market share for Supermicro solutions.
• Identify and address enterprise customer requirements for current and future use cases.
• Coordinate product training and work with customers to define specs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead research on technology, customers, and competitors to guide platform strategy.
• Develop superior customer relationships and work with sales to close deals.
• Build the ecosystem with vendors and maintain supplier relationships to grow business.
