Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
• 10-12 years relevant IT experience in Compute, Storage and/or Networking.
• Strong solution design and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with Operating Systems, Storage Software, and/or Network OS is beneficial.
• Experience with customer-facing engagement.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Solution Design: collaborate with customers to understand data center requirements and develop comprehensive data center solutions.
• Sales Collaboration: work with sales to develop strong customer relationships and close deals.
• Customer Support: provide pre-sales and occasional post-sales assistance.
