Job summary

Supermicro seeks an experienced Staff Product Manager to drive promotion, commercialization, and global go-to-market execution for Client System products including AI PCs, desktops, and workstations. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to craft compelling positioning and enable sales across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Eight+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, or go-to-market roles within tech.
• Demonstrated experience promoting and commercializing hardware, systems, or technology solutions.
• Experience with AI PCs, commercial desktops, professional workstations, or client computing platforms preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency helpful for collaboration with Taiwan teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop global and regional go-to-market plans for Client Systems, AI PCs, workstations, and deskside AI products.
• Define target markets, customer segments, use cases, positioning, differentiation, and value propositions.
• Coordinate product launches across teams and ensure launch readiness including pricing, samples, inventory, certifications, sales materials, and training resources.
• Create sales enablement materials and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits and business outcomes.
• Engage with strategic customers, channel partners, system integrators, and ecosystem participants.
• Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, channels, and opportunities to inform product planning and roadmap decisions.
