Job summary

Patagonia Amsterdam is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to oversee the European repair network from our Amsterdam office. The role emphasizes coordinating external repair centers, aligning with logistics, retail, and marketing to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient repairs and ongoing circularity initiatives.

You will report to the Circularity and Quality Manager and collaborate across teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS or related software systems.
• Experience managing external vendors and system integrations.
• Proven ability to lead special projects and deliver results. Change management experience and ability to lead 3rd parties through transitions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair Center Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with external repair centers across Europe and ensure consistent service quality.
• Support the GRSM project manager into Repair center network roll-out plan.
• Repair process integration: Contribute to user stories and system requirements for GRSM.
• Documentation and training: Create and maintain technical guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Cross-functional communication: Align repair messaging with retail, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Wholesale repair: Assess feasibility and financials for in-store repairs with resellers.
• Trims management: Manage trim supply, orders, and inventory improvements.
