Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Amsterdam is seeking a Regional Technical Property Manager to keep our Netherlands hubs sustainable and buzzing. You’ll balance strategy with daily operations, guiding local teams, managing partners, and solving technical challenges behind the scenes for an inspiring guest and colleague experience.

You have an Engineering or Facility Management background with 5–8 years in maintenance management, multi-site leadership, and fluent English (Dutch essential).

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar.
• 5–8 years of maintenance management experience.
• Experience leading multiple sites and teams.
• Knowledge of building systems, regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience budgeting.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is essential.

Responsibilities

• Turn maintenance strategy into smart, future-proof plans.
• Build and run preventive maintenance programs.
• Keep budgets healthy and spot cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and coach local maintenance managers across countries.
• Partner up with suppliers and build strong relationships.
• Take charge in technical challenges and crisis situations.
• Push forward sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
