Lucid Motors in Amsterdam is seeking a Body Repair Operations Manager Europe to own development, performance and continuous improvement of the European body repair network. This hands-on role blends technical body repair expertise with partner development, operational excellence and quality management.

You will expand network coverage, develop partners, ensure repair standards are applied consistently, and act as a key escalation point for complex cases. Regular travel across Europe is required.

Formación

• 5+ years automotive experience including body repair / collision repair and/or vehicle painting.
• Strong understanding of body shop operations, repair processes, quality standards and repair performance.
• Proven experience in partner, network or multi-site management with ability to drive actions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills with confidence using digital applications, reporting tools and performance data.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly across Europe, up to ~50%.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess and onboard new body repair partners across Europe based on market needs and readiness.
• Own relationships with existing body repair partners and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
• Drive consistent implementation of Lucid body repair standards across the European network.
• Act as escalation point for complex body repair and partner-related cases, coordinating with internal teams.
• Monitor network performance and turn recurring issues into broader improvements.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Technical Support, Quality, Warranty and Training to support network.
• Coordinate rollout and effectiveness of body repair systems and tooling, including diagnostics and portals.
