Job summary

Patagonia is seeking an Interim Performance Marketing Lead for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam. You will provide strategic oversight across Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate channels to drive ecommerce growth.

You will coordinate channel insights, align with commercial priorities and brand values, oversee budget optimization, performance analysis, and reporting, and partner with the Onsite Performance Analyst and ECom Trade Manager.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a holistic view of channel performance and align with brand values.
• Oversee budget allocation, prioritization and investment shifts based on performance.
• Monitor performance across Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels and translate insights into actions.
• Consolidate channel performance into clear updates for ecommerce, marketing and leadership stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Onsite Performance Analyst and eCom Trade Manager to align on trends and opportunities.
