Job summary

Patagonia, Amsterdam, is seeking a senior leader to oversee Finance, Logistics, IT and PMO for EMEA. You will drive financial health, operational focus and nimbleness while enabling responsible growth and better customer experience.

You will partner with the EMEA Leadership Team to translate strategy into execution and guide cross-functional delivery, governance, and culture aligned with Patagonia's purpose.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in business partnering, supporting commercial and product leadership with insights, systems and process improvements.
• Full financial expertise, with command of pricing, margin management, and profitability levers.
• Full operational management expertise across logistics, technology, business operations.
• Multiyear experience managing a multi-country environment, comfortable navigating cultural and regulatory differences.
• Multiyear experience leading systems and infrastructure implementations, ensuring business continuity, security, and integrations.
• Experience establishing project portfolio governance, prioritization, and project management practices in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Advanced ability to shape long-term agenda while maintaining focus on operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Operations organization: build the EMEA Finance and Operations organization with strong leadership and coaching.
• Business enablement and operational delivery: set strategy for Finance/Operations and ensure enablement and resilience.
• Financial health: lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management with accountability.
• Supply chain: oversee warehousing, distribution, and logistics supporting inventory flow and service levels.
• Technology & infrastructure: oversee IT strategy and digital infra for security and efficiency.
• PMO: govern project portfolio and ensure cross-functional delivery with governance.
• Collaboration: liaise between EMEA team and global HQ for alignment and best practices.
• EMEA Leadership Team: contribute to long-term strategy and regional priorities.
• Talent development: build pipelines across functions and foster leadership and mobility.
• Partner with Global HQ to execute global strategies while adapting to regional needs.
