Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager in the Netherlands. You will act as the trusted technical partner for a major public safety customer, guiding deployments, governance, and continuous improvement within Axon's ecosystem. Remote work from the Netherlands with occasional travel to customer sites.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, provide deployment guidance, and lead technical readiness activities to maximize platform value and adoption.

Qualifications

• Dutch citizenship is essential for security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
• Experience with government/public safety/regulatory industries preferred.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent political awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to operate independently as an embedded representative.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and partners.
• Build long-term relationships with executive leadership and IT stakeholders.
• Participate in governance, strategy, and deployment alignment meetings.
• Provide technical guidance throughout deployment, go-live readiness, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate complex technical escalations and ensure clear communication.
