Job summary

Axon in the Netherlands is seeking an Embedded Technical Account Manager to become the trusted technical partner for a major public safety organisation. You will work embedded within the customer's environment, guiding deployment, governance and ongoing optimization across Axon technology.

Qualifications

• Dutch citizenship is essential for security clearance.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience with government/public safety or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated technical expert across the customer ecosystem, including platforms and deployments.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer, Axon, and delivery partners.
• Build relationships with executive leadership, program owners, IT leaders and frontline users.
• Lead technical governance, deployment planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Provide guidance on architecture, integration planning, and operational improvements.
