Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the Netherlands to serve as a trusted technical partner for large public safety organisations. You will lead deployments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive long-term customer outcomes while balancing security, governance, and platform health.

Qualifications

• Dutch citizenship essential for security clearance.
• 5+ years experience in technical account management or similar.
• Experience with government/public safety or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Independent, embedded representative with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between Axon, customer, and partner.
• Build long-term relationships with executive leadership and IT teams.
• Lead governance, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
• Provide technical guidance across deployment, integration, and improvements.
• Coordinate complex issues across Support and Engineering and communicate with stakeholders.
• Conduct health reviews, architecture discussions, and readiness assessments.
• Support adoption through enablement and best-practice recommendations.
• Prepare for major deployments with coordinating stakeholders.
