Job summary

Axon in the Netherlands seeks a Technical Implementation Manager (Remote). You will be the trusted technical partner during deployments for a major public-safety customer, working with Axon's delivery partner and cross-functional teams.

This role combines hands-on architecture guidance with executive stakeholder engagement, requirement planning, go‑live readiness, and continuous improvement across the Axon ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
• Dutch fluency and professional level English (spoken & written).
• Dutch citizenship is essential for security clearance.
• Experience with government/public safety/regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and the delivery partner.
• Lead deployment planning, go-live readiness, and integration activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer success.
• Develop and maintain high-quality customer documentation and governance artifacts.
