Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager in the Netherlands, remote with travel to customer sites up to 1 day per week. You will be the trusted technical partner for a major public safety client, guiding deployments, governance, and ongoing optimization within Axon's ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional engagement with delivery partners, security teams, and executives to ensure operational value and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency and professional level English spoken and written skills.
• Dutch citizenship (essential for security clearance).
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
• Experience with government/public safety or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships across technical teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
• Build long-term relationships with executive leadership and operational teams.
• Participate in governance, strategy, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Provide technical guidance through deployment, integration, and go-live.
• Coordinate complex technical escalations and cross-team coordination.
• Conduct proactive health reviews and architecture discussions.
• Support adoption through enablement, guidance, and best practices.
• Facilitate release readiness and prepare stakeholders for new capabilities.
• Maintain knowledge of networking, security, SaaS, identity management, and governance.
