Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager in the Netherlands, working remotely with occasional travel to customer sites. You will act as the trusted technical partner, guiding deployments, governance, and escalation management while collaborating with Axon teams and partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive guidance, customer advocacy, and continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle, including enablement and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency and professional English written and spoken skills.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
• Experience with government/public safety or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and IT stakeholders across the organisation.
• Lead technical governance, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate complex technical issues across Support and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain high-quality customer documentation and runbooks.
• Support customer success planning, KPI tracking, and business reviews.
