Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical partner for a major public safety customer in the Netherlands. You will lead technical engagements, coordinate with Axon’s delivery partner, and drive successful deployments across the customer’s Axon ecosystem.

You will manage executive relationships, govern technical strategy, and guide deployment planning while ensuring operational excellence and value realization from Axon solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage long-term enterprise customer relationships.
• Experience with government, public safety, defense, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, customer, and partner.
• Build long-term relationships with executive leadership and IT teams.
• Participate in governance, strategy, and deployment planning meetings.
• Provide technical guidance across deployment, integration, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Conduct proactive health reviews and architecture discussions.
• Support customer adoption through enablement and best practices.
