Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager in the Netherlands to serve as the trusted technical partner for a major public safety customer. You will guide deployments, ensure operational outcomes, and drive adoption across Axon's ecosystem with internal teams and partners.

You'll act as the primary technical contact, coordinating with leadership and frontline users to optimise workflows, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value from investments. Regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency and professional level English spoken and written skills.
• Dutch citizenship is required for security clearance.
• 5+ years in technical account management or related roles.
• Experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships in large organisations.
• Experience in government/public safety or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the dedicated technical expert across the customer ecosystem and product deployments.
• Lead as the primary technical liaison between the customer, Axon, and delivery partners.
• Build and sustain relationships with executive leadership and operational teams.
• Provide technical guidance across deployment planning, go-live readiness, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate complex issues across Support and Engineering, with clear stakeholder communication.
• Conduct platform health reviews, architecture discussions, and governance alignment.
