Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the Netherlands, offering remote work with occasional travel to customer sites. You will act as the technical partner for a major public safety organisation, aligning governance, strategy and deployments with Axon's ecosystem.

You will lead technical leadership, drive customer success, and coordinate with teams across Support, Engineering and Professional Services to ensure high-value outcomes and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency and professional English spoken and written.
• Dutch citizenship is essential for security clearance.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering or similar.
• Experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships in large organisations.
• Experience with government/public safety or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships across technical teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer and delivery partner.
• Build long-term relationships with executive leadership and IT stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance across deployment planning, implementation, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate complex issues and ensure new capabilities are adopted.
• Develop and maintain high-quality customer documentation and runbooks.
