Job summary

Axon is hiring a Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical partner for a major public safety customer in the Netherlands. You will own technical relationships, guide deployment, and coordinate with Axon teams and a delivery partner to ensure measurable outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

You will engage with security, IT leadership, and operations to optimise workflows, manage risk, and drive adoption of Axon platform capabilities across the customer ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and professional level English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage long-term enterprise customer relationships in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and partners.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and operational teams across the customer organisation.
• Coordinate governance, technical strategy, and deployment activities with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance across deployment, go-live, and expansion projects.
• Lead technical escalations and coordinate across Support and Engineering.
