Job summary

Axon is seeking an Embedded Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical partner for a major Netherlands-based public safety customer. You will coordinate with Axon’s delivery partners, align product deployments, and drive adoption across the customer’s Axon ecosystem.

You will maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, IT leadership, and operations while guiding deployment planning, integration, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage long-term enterprise relationships within large organisations.
• Experience with government or public safety sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid technical foundation in networking, cloud SaaS, identity management, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer’s Axon ecosystem, including platform capabilities, maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
• Build relationships with executive leadership, programme owners, IT leadership, and frontline users.
• Lead operational governance, deployment planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Provide guidance on architecture, security, and integration across systems.
• Coordinate complex issues across Support and Engineering with clear customer communication.
• Conduct health reviews and optimisation sessions to improve platform health and adoption.
• Support customer success through enablement, training, and governance documentation.
• Prepare stakeholders for major deployments and ensure successful production adoption.
