Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical partner for a major public safety customer in the Netherlands. You will drive adoption, governance, and value realization while coordinating with delivery partners and Axon teams.

You will establish relationships with executive leadership, IT and operational leaders, and frontline users, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing success. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency and professional-level English speaking and writing skills.
• Dutch citizenship is essential for security clearance.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships within large, complex organisations.
• Experience with government/public safety or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer’s Axon ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and partner teams.
• Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and operational leaders.
• Provide technical guidance across deployment planning, go‑live readiness, and expansion projects.
• Coordinate complex technical issues across Support and Engineering to resolve escalations.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality customer documentation and runbooks.
