Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Key Account Manager Netherlands to develop strategic accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong Dutch diagnostics market understanding and experience handling complex, multi-site projects and tender processes.

Remote-based in the Netherlands, you will report to the Strategic Manager Netherlands & Nordics and tailor solutions to client needs, negotiate contracts, and win bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or related field; MBA/MSc preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic account management in diagnostics, with tender/contract negotiation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence at C-suite level; English and Dutch fluency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across the Netherlands while expanding existing business.
• Develop strategic account plans identifying high-value opportunities and build a long-term pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities; expand menu and market penetration.
• Lead complex sales cycles and multi-country tender processes from opportunity to implementation.
