Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or related field; MBA/MSc preferred.
• Proven strategic account management in diagnostics and IVD with revenue growth and tender experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills across all levels, including C-suite.
• Strategic thinker with business planning capabilities, able to navigate complex tender processes.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across the Netherlands by protecting and expanding existing business.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to build a long-term, high-value pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead multi-country tenders and complex sales cycles from opportunity to contract.
