Based remotely in the Netherlands, you will develop account plans, engage with C-suite buyers, manage multi-site projects, and deliver tailored solutions to key clients. Travel throughout the Netherlands is required.

Qualifications

• Strategic account management experience in diagnostics/IVD with revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with business planning, able to navigate sales cycles.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across the Netherlands, expand existing business, and defend market share.
• Develop strategic account plans to identify high-value opportunities and build a long-term pipeline.
• Engage with C-suite executives, laboratory directors, and procurement leaders to drive engagement.
• Identify and convert opportunities, drive menu expansion, and increase market penetration.
• Lead multi-country tender processes from identification through negotiation and implementation.
