Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager Netherlands to drive sales growth and strengthen partnerships with strategic accounts across the Netherlands. You will develop tailored solutions, manage multi-site projects, and engage with C-suite executives to secure competitive wins.

Reporting to the Strategic Manager Netherlands & Nordics, this role is based remotely in the Netherlands and requires strong negotiation, planning, and market insight to expand the customer base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a life sciences, medical technology, business, or related field.
• Proven track record in strategic account management within diagnostics or IVD.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills across all levels, including C-suite.
• Strong business planning capabilities and ability to navigate tender processes.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify high‑value opportunities and grow revenue in the Netherlands.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, including C‑suite executives and procurement leaders.
• Lead multi‑country tender processes from opportunity to contract award and implementation.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
