Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SDR/Inside Sales experience, preferably in a tech environment.
• Fluent in English and German with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and results-driven in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve research and outreach efficiency.
• Able to collaborate across sales, marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for outbound prospecting and quota-bearing activity.
• Qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams on strategy.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging and pipeline thinking.
• Articulate product value and establish engagement with prospects.
• Write personalized emails to delight customers and build pipeline.
• Partner with Enterprise Advocates and Enterprise Marketing to grow pipeline.
• Use Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator effectively.
• Leverage AI to boost research, outreach, and analysis efficiency.
