Job summary

Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative based in Amsterdam (hybrid). You will be the first touch for potential enterprise customers in the DACH region, qualifying opportunities and engaging technical buyers across multiple channels.

You'll collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to target the right accounts, while maintaining CRM data and iterating outreach messaging. Strong English and German skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Curious about how observability helps engineering teams and tech products.
• Experience using modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads across the DACH region.
• Identify and prospect into enterprise target accounts via multi-channel outreach.
• Research and map key accounts, identify decision-makers and needs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Continuously improve outreach sequences and messaging for technical buyers.
• Stay current on Dash0's product roadmap and competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Product from customer insights.
