Atlassian is hiring a Sales Development Representative to partner with the Sales and Success Account Teams to build a robust sales pipeline while ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will report to a Sales Development Manager and work remotely across the Americas.

Responsibilities include meeting setting, outbound prospecting, and converting prospects with value-driven messaging. You’ll craft emails and video outreach, and collaborate with SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator

Qualifications

• Experience meeting setting and quota attainment.
• Skilled at writing emails and videos for outreach.
• Proven ability to navigate objections with value-driven messaging.
• Comfort with social selling and using LinkedIn Navigator.
