Job summary

Jobgether Europe, a partner-led initiative, is seeking a Europe Margin Expansion and Analytics Leader based in the Netherlands. You will drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational excellence across a European services organization, shaping margin expansion initiatives and delivering measurable results.

In this role you will bridge operations, finance, analytics and AI to identify opportunities, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, finance, analytics, or business transformation in industrial/energy/service environments.
• Strong commercial and financial mindset to drive profitability and cost optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience using Generative AI, intelligent agents, ML, or automation to boost productivity.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management to influence leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Change management experience leading transformation and tech adoption.
• Strong execution and problem-solving in fast-paced, complex contexts.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams across Ops, Finance, IT, and Commercial.
• Commitment to process discipline, standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Formal higher education is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead European Services margin expansion strategy to improve profitability.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce margin erosion across costs.
• Develop and implement recovery plans with business leaders.
• Establish operating rhythms, processes, and accountability frameworks.
• Act as regional focal point for cost governance with transparency.
• Define and lead analytics strategy with KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Promote AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize performance.
