The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with commercial acumen, leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring analysts to elevate data-driven decision making across Europe markets and channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
7–10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions.
Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
Experience developing executive dashboards and strategic reviews.
Experience in global/international business environments.
Experience analyzing syndicated retail, market, consumer, eCommerce, and digital data across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of BISSELL's Europe analytics across markets and align priorities with regional objectives.
Serve as trusted analytics advisor to regional leadership with strategic insights and KPI tracking.
Lead development of executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards and business reviews.
Identify market trends, risks and opportunities through market data analysis.
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations across portfolio, pricing, promotions, distribution, and investments.
Lead deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and actions to improve outcomes.
Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
