Job summary

Sunstar is seeking an European Revenue Growth Management & Commercial Analytics Lead to join our European Sales organization. The role combines strategic thinking, analytics, and commercial expertise to enable profitable growth across markets.

The role can be based in Warsaw or Amsterdam with a hybrid working model. As the lead, you will collaborate with European Finance, Marketing, BI and local Sales teams to implement a consistent data-driven approach to pricing, trade investment optimization,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in RGM, Commercial Analytics or related fields.
• Experience in Consumer Health, FMCG, or similar multinational organizations.
• Proven pricing, GTN, trade investment optimization and customer profitability expertise.
• Experience building analytics and performance management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated market data and BI tools.
• Experience supporting international or multicountry organizations.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European RGM strategy, framework and roadmap.
• Establish pricing, GTN management and trade investment methodologies.
• Develop European DPSM dashboards and scorecards.
• Identify growth opportunities by market, channel, customer, category and SKU.
• Translate insights into prioritized commercial actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Sales across Europe.
