Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Head of Commercial to lead European expansion from the Netherlands. You will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage country leaders, partnerships, and key accounts across multiple markets.

In this executive role, you’ll align commercial initiatives with regulatory requirements while building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced crypto/fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial leadership within crypto/fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record leading multi-country teams and revenue growth in Europe.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, trading, and retail/institutional segments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute European commercial strategy and revenue targets.
• Lead country managers and regional partnerships across markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships, KOL programs, and community initiatives.
• Oversee VIP relationships, key accounts, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to meet regulatory requirements.
