Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• 7–10 years in data analytics, BI, or consumer insights with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Experience building executive dashboards and management reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead BISSELL Europe analytics across markets to align with regional objectives.
• Provide strategic insights and performance tracking for regional KPI adoption.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews for leadership.
• Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities using multiple data sources.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for pricing, promotions, and portfolio moves.
• Mentor analysts and drive cross-functional analytics initiatives.
