Jobgether, partnering with a client in Europe, seeks a Solutions Engineering Lead to shape the pre‑sales strategy and own the Solutions Engineering function. You will blend hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership to translate complex challenges into scalable architectures and compelling business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing complex technical sales opportunities from discovery to closing.
• Strong knowledge of CDNs, networking, and internet infrastructure.
• Experience with WAF, DDoS protection, bot mitigation, and API security.
• Familiarity with containerization, serverless computing, and databases in cloud environments.
• Leadership experience coaching and growing technical teams.
• Ability to design scalable pre‑sales processes, methodologies, or teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Solutions Engineering function and set scalable operating models.
• Drive technical pre‑sales from discovery to deal closure.
• Design customer solutions addressing infrastructure, performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
• Mentor the Solutions Engineering team and grow the function.
• Develop playbooks, documentation, and workflows for efficient engagements.
• Improve onboarding and integrations with partners and customers.
• Support commercial teams with technical positioning and product awareness.
• Strengthen partner collaboration to unlock opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics.
