You will work at the intersection of operations, finance, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business results. Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, you will transform complex operational and financial data into actionable insights. You will also champion the adoption of AI‑powered solutions to improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance decision‑making. This fully remote leadership opportunity offers the chance to influence regional strategy, lead meaningful transformation, and contribute to a more efficient and sustainable energy ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and execute the European Services margin expansion strategy, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and cost management.

  • Drive cross‑functional initiatives to reduce margin erosion and improve financial performance across outage costs, capital parts, non‑capital parts (NCP), and other covered maintenance costs.

  • Develop and implement recovery plans to address identified financial and operational risks, ensuring alignment and timely execution with business leaders.

  • Establish effective operating rhythms, standardized processes, and accountability frameworks to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

  • Act as the regional focal point for cost governance, strengthening cost visibility, financial transparency, and operational discipline.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, regional leadership, and commercial teams to improve cost productivity and optimize business performance.

  • Lead detailed financial and operational analyses to identify root causes, quantify business impact, and implement measurable corrective actions.

  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

  • Define and lead the regional analytics strategy, ensuring consistent KPI measurement, reporting, and performance monitoring.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, business intelligence tools, and visual management solutions that provide leadership with timely and actionable insights.

  • Translate complex financial and operational datasets into clear recommendations and compelling performance narratives for senior management.

  • Identify emerging trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities, and predictive indicators to support proactive business planning and decision‑making.

  • Build scalable analytical frameworks that improve forecasting, operational visibility, and resource planning.

  • Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Services Operations, identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, intelligent agents, machine learning, and automation.

  • Design and implement AI‑powered solutions that streamline data collection, analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

  • Partner with Digital and IT teams to integrate innovative technologies into everyday business processes and drive organization‑wide adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Operations, Finance, Performance Management, Analytics, or Business Transformation, preferably within industrial, energy, or service‑oriented environments.

  • Strong commercial and financial mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability, productivity, cost optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful insights, and translate findings into practical business actions.

  • Demonstrated experience using Generative AI, intelligent agents, machine learning, or automation tools responsibly to improve productivity, analytical capabilities, and decision‑making.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly and influence senior leadership through data‑driven recommendations.

  • Proven change management capabilities, including the ability to lead transformation initiatives and encourage the adoption of new technologies, processes, and analytical practices.

  • Strong execution and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, complex, and sometimes ambiguous environments.

  • Excellent collaboration and relationship‑building skills, with experience working across Operations, Finance, Digital, Commercial, IT, and regional business teams.

  • Strong commitment to process discipline, standardization, compliance, financial controllership, and continuous improvement.

  • A proactive and resilient leadership approach, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and accountability.
