Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Retail Marketing Manager based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence and accelerating retail growth across European markets, leading campaigns, in-store experiences, and partner activations across multiple countries.

You will adapt global brand assets for Europe, coordinate product launches, and work with country teams and HQ.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
• Experience in sports, outdoor, consumer electronics, or branded consumer goods is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns and activations with retailers and partners across Europe, covering both digital and physical channels.
• Manage partner relationships, including in-store presence, shop window concepts, POS displays, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate the retail marketing pipeline across markets, ensuring priorities, timelines, and local rollout activities remain visible and aligned.
• Brief and manage POS materials, source suppliers, oversee production schedules, and coordinate materials distribution.
• Adapt global brand assets for European markets and develop regional solutions when needed.
• Lead the European rollout of product launches with regional sales and global brand stakeholders.
• Design staff engagement initiatives, training formats, and incentive concepts for local teams.
