Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling Dutch and English communications via email, chat and phone, following procedures, and maintaining high service levels while onboarding with the team in Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness to complete training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identify and address customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and quality guidelines.
