Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of an international online travel platform. You will assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat and phone.

Choose your working mode: remote from anywhere in Greece after onboarding in Athens, or on-site at the Athens office. The role requires Dutch and English at high proficiency and a professional customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone;
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs;
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction;
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
