Job summary

CallForTalents is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an international online travel platform. You will assist customers in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth experience.

The role offers both remote work from Greece after onboarding in Athens and on-site work at the Athens office.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Willingness to complete the required training and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support in Dutch and English via email, chat and phone.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing accurate information and guidance based on customer needs.
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns, escalating more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
