Job summary

Phenomenex, a Danaher company, is seeking an Account Manager for the Benelux region (Netherlands/Belgium) to drive key accounts and deliver technical support remotely. You will coordinate visits, build senior relationships, and help achieve territory goals with cross‑functional collaboration. Dutch and English fluency and travel up to 60% are required.

Remote work is possible for eligible roles, and you will report to the Benelux Sales Manager within a dynamic global team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science.
Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation skills.
Strong communication in Dutch and English.
Willingness to travel up to 60% and hold a valid driver’s license.
Experience with customer relationship management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information and product demonstrations.
Build relationships beyond the buying level with key decision makers.
Ensure territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
Develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts with the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues when needed.
