Job summary

Phenomenex, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Account Manager to maintain a key territory in the Netherlands and Flanders, delivering advanced service and technical support. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and is remote to cover the Benelux region, with travel up to 60%.

You will build deep customer relationships, coordinate demonstrations, and work with the Sales Manager on plans and strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and protect

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology or related science is required.
Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue, and negotiate to gain adoption of new ideas.
Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet business needs.
Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation to identify opportunities.
Good knowledge of Chromatography and related techniques.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demos or seminars.
Build account relationships beyond purchasing to involve key decision makers.
Ensure territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
Work with Sales Manager to develop business plans and strategies for key accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coach or train colleagues as needed.
