Job summary

Head Staffing is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to connect with people and uncover talent while building robust pipelines for current and future roles. You will source, engage, and guide candidates through the process, ensuring a positive experience and strong partnerships with hiring teams.

The role focuses on proactive outreach, interviewing, and meeting KPIs for outreach, interviews, and placements, all within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (and ideally ATS systems).
• High energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets/quotas.
