Join our team as a High Volume Recruiter, supporting a leading client in the consumer goods industry. We're seeking a recruiting professional with advanced Dutch and English language skills who can drive high-volume hiring efforts through strategic sourcing, candidate screening, and talent engagement. In this role, you'll play a critical part in identifying and delivering top talent while helping our client meet evolving workforce needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates to meet hiring needs across multiple functions. You'll play a key role in building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate engagement, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial outreach through candidate presentation.

What You'll Do:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates to support hiring requirements across multiple positions.
• Conduct active candidate searches through job boards, databases, social networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Perform telephone screenings and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Present pre-qualified and shortlisted candidates in alignment with client requirements and service expectations.
• Track recruiting activity, sourcing effectiveness, and performance metrics.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting productivity and hiring goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to support ongoing talent acquisition initiatives and hiring priorities.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries.
• Strong experience in sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and talent qualification.
• Knowledge of recruitment channels, job boards, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Advanced Dutch proficiency (required).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to attend occasional in-office meetings.
