Job summary

KultureTalent - Global Talent in Amsterdam is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter to lead the initial phase of our recruitment process across Europe.

You will source passive candidates, engage via social networks, craft outreach emails, and build talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs, working closely with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role (~4–6 months).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
• Effective time-management abilities.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
