You will work on innovative recruitment strategies, use AI, analytics and modern sourcing techniques, and help attract scarce technical talent within a complex organization.

Requirements

• HBO-level education and working/thinking ability.
• Relevant experience as a Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and/or a strong affinity with technology.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment, including vacancy writing, sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a complex organization.
• Proactive, ambitious and decisive personality.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work 32-40 hours per week.
