Responsibilities include preparing pastries, assisting with sourdough and viennoiserie, and maintaining hygiene in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. You will grow skills through training and collaboration with a professional team.

• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, shape, and bake pastries and cakes following established recipes and standards.
• Assist with sourdough starters, viennoiserie and artisanal techniques.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of baked products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and guest demand.
• Participate in training sessions and apply new skills to continuously improve.
