Qualifications

• Creativity and precision in pastry execution.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with outlets.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the pastry section.
• Prepare and present desserts for all F&B outlets.
• Train and guide team members in pastry techniques and standards.
• Maintain hygiene and safety compliance across all stations.
• Apply modern pastry trends and creative ideas to delight guests.
