Job summary

ITProposal in the Groningen area seeks an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments across the Groningen region. This is not a full-time posting and compensation is per assignment.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac desktops, printers, and conferencing gear, traveling to client sites as needed. Dutch fluency and valid NL work rights are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT onsite support experience.
• Dutch language fluency with good English.
• Right to work in the Netherlands (NL).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and authorized software.
• Support End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment).
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues with EUC hardware/software.
• Record, track and document requests using the IT service desk system.
